A balanced acid-base balance is important for the function of our body cells, the permeability of our membranes and is therefore of central importance for the metabolic processes in our body.

Our diet influences the acid-base balance of our organism. Plant-based foods such as fruit, vegetables, herbs and sprouts are particularly alkalising. Acid-forming foods are mainly protein-rich foods of animal origin such as meat, fish, sausages and cheese as well as various drinks such as cola and alcohol. Due to a lack of time/stress, our diet can often be unbalanced and one-sided.

Various studies indicate that a highly acidic diet can be harmful to our body in the long term.

Our alkalising powder contains a combination of four different minerals (magnesium, potassium, zinc and calcium) as well as vitamin D.  Here is an overview of the most important functions of the individual ingredients:

The specially formulated nutrient composition of nutri+ alkaline powder was developed by qualified nutritionists in Germany and is produced to the highest quality standards (IFS Food and GMP). The alkaline powder is gluten- and soya-free and 100 % vegan (without lactose, milk protein, gelatine or other animal ingredients).

Ich nehme jetzt schon seit fast einer Woche das Basen-Pulver, da ich extremes Sodbrennen in der Schwangerschaft habe. Mein Sodbrennen ist dadurch schon viel besser geworden auch meine Heißhunger Attacken sind deutlich weniger geworden.
