If you want to gain weight, you need a calorie surplus. This means that you need to consume more calories through your diet than your body uses through your basal metabolic rate, training and everyday life. This is exactly where our nutri+ VHEY® Gainer comes in: the vegan weight gainer is the ideal supplement for taking in an extra portion of calories in between meals.
Unlike most suppliers who use maltodextrin as a source of carbohydrates, we use high-quality wholemeal oat flour. This means that one portion (50 g in 300 ml of water) of VHEY® Gainer contains around 3 g of fibre and a maximum of 0.9 g of sugar! The protein content is also high compared to other gainers at over 35 %. High-quality soya protein isolate can therefore also support your daily protein requirement. This is because protein contributes to increasing and maintaining muscle mass.
Our VHEY® Gainer is therefore ideal for anyone who wants a surplus of calories in their diet or simply needs a carbohydrate- and protein-rich snack. One portion contains around 200 kcal.
